New ZopeUK Site

Since the launch of ZopeUK in April the founder members have all been extremely busy. Because of this the temporary site we put in place has remained largely static but we are now pleased to announce the development of a new ZopeUK site, based on Plone to allow us to present our news and events in a more fitting environment.
Plone BasedThe new site has been based around the latest stable Plone release (2.0.2) running on top of Zope 2.7. Together with areas for posting upcoming event information and news on events past or articles of interest there is also a section to showcase those companies who are members of ZopeUK. The site is a customised standard Plone installation which also uses the PloneArticle for presentation of some information.
Mailing Lists
Additionally mailing lists have been setup using the Python Mailman software. Two mailing lists are currently one for public discussions and a private list for members companies. Details can be found on the web site (http://www.zopeuk.org).
